Personal information
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who sees it. In plain language.
What do we collect?
What you type into a request: your name and phone number, your email if you enter one, the description and location, and any photo or document you attach. Nothing else, and no advertising trackers.
Do I need an account?
No. Residents do not register on this site. You file a request and follow it with the reference code and your phone number; no profile is created for you.
Who sees my request?
Only authorised municipal staff. The register of requests is not readable from the public site at all — not by search, not by link. Your name and number never appear on a public page.
How do I follow my request?
With the reference code together with the same phone number you filed with — both, not either. Repeated guessing is throttled automatically.
What happens to an identity document?
It is stored separately from everything else and never appears on the site. Every member of staff who opens it is recorded by name and time. It is permanently deleted thirty days after your request closes — and if the request is reopened, the deletion clock stops.
Is uploading an identity document required?
No. Every document field is optional. Your request will not be refused because you did not upload one.
Is my information shared?
It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. Request details may be passed to the body responsible for carrying the work out — the Council of the South on reconstruction files, for example — and only as far as your request requires.
How do I ask for my information to be deleted?
Contact the municipality with your reference code. Deleting a request that has not been completed may stop it being processed.
